They are snow boots, they had fur around the top, and up the front were the boots laced. People wore them after they skied. They came in women, mens and kids. If anyone can help me out that would be great because I want to buy a pair for myself. They were also around $100.00. They were in the sporting goods stores. I haven't seen them in 2 years. I think the name of the company that made the boots started with a c.

You're thinking of Sorels. Yeah, I had a pair of those. Wearing those after skiing was all the rage for a while. Then came clogs and skiers got into those because they were easy to pull on and off and you could slide them into a bag.

You can still buy Sorel's through Cabela's.
