Concern by SummerGreens: If I change from rowing to cross-region skiing as my activity in higher education will I bulk up a whole lot?
I am a light-weight rower for my highschool but I truly really want to do 'nordic' skiing in school--I'm Scandinavian and it's also in my genes to be slender but I also try to eat genuinely actually properly. I know xc skiing is the most demanding sports activities for endurance but will I acquire a lot more fat in muscle mass if I partake in it? (Even even though I'm not getting a ton of weight for crew?)

Cross country skiers have a tendency to be lean. I doubt you will bulk up (but I am not an pro)
